Your Right to Data Deletion
SueTravels.ca collects very little personal information — and you have the right to request that any information we hold about you be deleted. This page explains what data may exist and how to request its removal.
What Data This Site May Hold
Because this is a personal, non-commercial website, the only personal data that could exist is:
- Contact form submissions — your name, email, and message if you used the private contact form
- Server logs — standard web server records (IP address, browser, pages visited) automatically kept for a short period
This site has no user accounts, no stored payment information, no newsletter subscriptions, and no marketing database.

Email Template
You're welcome to use this template:
To: sue@terradine.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Hi Suzanne,
I'm writing to request deletion of any personal data you may hold about me on SueTravels.ca.
My information:
Name: [Your Name]
Email: [Your Email]
Thank you.
Limitations
Note: Standard server logs are automatically purged on a rolling basis and cannot be targeted by individual deletion requests — they do not contain enough detail to identify a specific person beyond an IP address.
There are no financial records, booking histories, or legal retention requirements on this personal site, so deletion requests are straightforward to fulfill.
